1. Delivery Areas

  • We currently ship to addresses within United Kingdom. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-5 business days. This service is included in the rental price.
  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Same-Day Delivery: Available in select metropolitan areas for orders placed before 12 PM. Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2 PM local time are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM are processed the next business day.
  • Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Express shipping typically takes 1-2 business days.
  • Same-day delivery orders are delivered by 9 PM local time.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Standard shipping is free for all rental orders.
  • Express and same-day delivery options incur additional charges, which are calculated based on the delivery location and service selected.

7. Delivery Confirmation

  • A signature may be required upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your rental items.
  • If you are not available to sign for the delivery, the carrier may leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or pickup.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

9. Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is deemed undeliverable by the carrier, it will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping fees may apply.

10. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered to the specified address. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

11. Returns and Exchanges

  • To return rented items, please use the prepaid return label provided with your order. Detailed return instructions are included in your package.
